The general response is that it is an excellent concept, that it fills a need, and that it is wanted NOW. - Paris is an excellent location for food and wines. It is between the largest markets for cookbooks in northern Europe, and the powerful rights market in London. America, Asia, Africa, and others love to come to Paris. It is also the leading romantic capital in the world. |
